When did we get to the point that assuming more automatically is better? Of course there can be intentional periods of hustle and growth, but as a baseline, more doesn’t always create more results. It is important that your child has time to be a kid. So how do you decide what therapy to do?

Focus on Quality Over Quantity

The focus should be on the quality of the therapeutic services rather than the number of hours or the different types. Just because your child is attending more sessions, doesn't mean they are receiving high-quality support that will actually make a difference. High-quality services can clearly articulate what they are working on, put your child’s well-being at the center, and incorporate you as a parent so you can reinforce skills in your child’s everyday life.
