I have to admit that one of our biggest challenges with Jack has always been technology. He is very, very dependent on his Apple watch, as well as his phone.

It got in his way a few times in his college program, because he was very distracted in class. Eventually we told him to leave both his watch and his phone in his backpack.

I do wish we had started making more boundaries around technology when he was younger. For some ideas, I connected with Educational Coach Jordan Burstein for his advice.

Technology Tips for Teens 

Technology uses including video games, YouTube, Social Media and binge watching shows has become a big issue for many teens, especially so for those who are neurodiverse. Addressing the issue early is imperative in order for teens to find success as they move out of the house. Here are some tips to help:
