I fight every day for my daughter. She isn't autistic but she does she does have autism

Thank you. When RFK Jr went into his ill informed tirade on autism, I wondered if he had any idea that the world's best art and genius is owed to autism and the spiky profiles of neurodivergent brains.

My son also loved those little wooden trains. And watching videos on repeat: Raffi, Mighty Machines, Barney. He would make big floor puzzles and when they were complete he would dance and clap on top of them, then tear them apart and start over. Until they lost the challenge, and he decided to make them upside down so he couldn’t see the patterns.

He’s all grown up now (32) but this post brought back so many good memories.
